Social Publisher PRO is a professional software product that was designed for wedding professionals and social consultants who offer wedding and social invitation printing services. This includes those who use the Invitation Albums to order from any of the leading imprinting companies. However, PRO permits you to print your own with much greater control and additional profit over the service bureaus.
Social Publisher PRO provides flawless typesetting (identical to wedding industry standards) on your laser or ink-jet. Add a Client, Select an Event, Select a Paper Stock, Enter Event Data, Build a Guest List, Preview hundreds of Wordings merged with Event Data, Print the Ensemble Papers and Envelopes.
PERSONALIZE Invitations, Responds, Place Cards with the Guest Name. NO MORE GENERIC UNDERSCORED cards. You can also selectively mark any wording lines as BOLD or select an increased font size for emphasis.
Client DATABASE supports up to 999 clients so that you can be working on multiple weddings or other events at the same time.
Client ACTIVITY LOG keeps track of ALL your time expended for each client to insure accurate billing.
Built-in MONOGRAMMING! Choose from 12 predefined Monogram styles and place a monogram above the wording or automatically watermark it for placement behind the wording.
Import PHOTOS and ARTWORK! You can place a photograph or other artwork above the wording or automatically watermark it for placement behind the wording.
Over 1000 PAPER DESIGNS covering your choice of Plain Paper or Embossed/Flat-Printed Stocks. No guesswork layouts! No measurements!
Built-in GUEST LIST Manager not only for the automatic envelope addressing but to assist your customer in planning and tracking. You can mark Guests as Invite, Announce Only, Under Consideration, Member of Wedding Party, and Friend of Bride or Groom. Prints separate Bride/Groom Guest lists. As you receive responses, you can keep counts of those attending the wedding event and reception. Mark gifts received and a description so you can track Thank You Notes sent. The added benefit is that you continue to work with the Bride after the Wedding!
